LA PETITE ROBE NOIRE

GUERLAIN EVENT IN GENEVA This is quite a different post from the others, I usally never post black and white piciture for the simple reason that showing the colour of the clothes and of the actual landscape is something that matters to me, I know that when I am looking at outfit pictures from other people the colour is the first thing that catches instantly my eye or tells me if I like the garment or not. But there's also something magical about black and white shots, and I have always been fascinated by the mysterious vibe they transport. When I had to pick out my outfit for the Guerlain event last saturday, the choice was very easy. I went for a little black dress in the honour of their new fragrance's name : ''La Petite Robe Noire''. The scent is a twist of rose and licorice, extremely seductive and absolutely irresisitible. I got the chance to try it out already a couple of days ago, and I think this elegant yet very modern outfit embraces perfectly what kind of feminity this new perfume suggests. I hope you guys enjoy monochromatic pictures, I felt like it was the perfect way to invite you to share with me the athmosphere of this Guerlain experience. I had the chance to invite for the occasion 15 of my Swiss readers to join me at this little afternoon snack composed of raspberry and licorice macarons, Moët & Chandon champagne and little crunshy rose candies. It was so great to meet my readers in such a cool and relaxed ambiance, over a little flute of champagne (or a big one). The verdict? Everybody loved the fragrance. It is difficult not to. Verdict two : we prefered raspberry macarons to the licorice ones.

I would like to thank all of you guys who came to this special ''Goûter Guerlain'', it is always so nice to switch from virtual to actual real world and to meet all these incredible people in real life, there is nothing like it. Hope you will enjoy discovering the pictures, sorry for the lack of posting lately. Got to concentrate a bit on school, it's the last efforts so it's worth giving the best
